Lathe spindle bearings CYCLONE

Hi.
I got a CYCLONE lathe for a general overhaul. I just disassembled the spindle and I have a problem with the bearings. The diagram on the forum shows 1 deep groove ball bearing at the back and 2 SKF 7211BEP angular contact bearings, with rings between them (probably regulating the preload). In my lathe, there were 2 ball bearings at the back, with C3 clearance, and probably paired English IBC 7211 ETPAP2HUL bearings at the front. There are signs that the spindle was disassembled and someone was messing around quite brutally. I have no idea how it is actually supposed to be bearing. Can anyone suggest something?
