Baruffaldi TOE80 Turret not working properly

Hello
Recently I bought denford cyclone, but changer does not work properly (sometimes chooses improper tool) Then the red light up on the control board. Lathe is connected directly to Rotary converter 7.5hp. I'm not sure it has an impact on the changer. I checked the voltage on the inverter changer and is good. Please help
