Good day all
New here and this is most likely a dumb question , but I have just come into the possession of the lathe in the above subject line. Anyway all I have for power in my shop is 240 3 phase. The lathe has a transformer with it but 480 to 416/240. The lathe was in a local High School, never powered up there, and they were going to scrap it. The question is since the lathe takes 415v 50hz , and the spindle motor is duel voltage and 50/60 hz , how could I go about reconfigureing for the 240v 3 phase, or do I have to get a transformer. Thanks mike
