I have a Cyclone Fanuc OT and I have just input all the 900 parameters that Denford's provided me with. But when I input parameter 909 bit 6 I get an
"Drive Transformer Over Heat". Does this mean that the Drive Transformer is broken ?

You need to set the 450 diagnostics
453 bit 2 Drive transformer thermal override.
There may be others that need to be set.

Have spent this morning working through various errors and settings to get our cyclone back up to how it was but the only problem we are left with is that we seem to have lost the wear offset page(or soft key options to access this).
Could this just be another parameter that needs to be turned on? Have gone all through the various manuals but cant find anything relevant to this.
Your help would be greatly appreciated

I'm pretty sure tool life wear offsets are a 900 parameter option (ie, one that you would pay for)
Have a search on the web, maybe someone has posted these secret parameters somewhere ?
Surely Fanuc wouldn't want to still take your money for a parameter change

Try this link it may be of help

Z Axis = Par # 536
FANUC Version 0M :
X Axis = Par # 535
Y Axis = Par # 536
Z Axis = Par # 537

I don't think he means wear as in ballscrew, backlash wear - he means tool tip offset wear.
Its an easy way to alter tool dimensions, without changing the original sizes, in order to compensate for wearing of the tools as they cut.
Stick a new tool in, and you can just reset the wear offset to 0 and start again.

I did a google search for:
GEOMETRY AND WEAR fanuc 906
and found your answer (I can't possibly publish it here though

)

My Fanuc OT is compensating tool offsets in "radius" instead of "diameter." I am searching for the parameter or setting that can be changed that will solve my problem. Any new information will be helpful. thanks in advance

Sorry, not sure exactly what your problem is ? ?
That would be correct as far as I am aware, TNR setting in your Fanuc 0T control is exactly that, Tool Nose Radius if that is what you are referring to.
If you are referring to making changes to the tool X offsets then those also are a radius value, so if you alter the X value then that is the adjustment in the amount of "depth of cut"
