Have you tried pressing the Axis Limit Switch Override Button on the side. It may just be sat on an limit switch.
Also make sure you have the Aux link fitted (wires 61 & 94) as shown on drawing Sheet 2.

Yes I tried to press the override switch but how does it work? Just press it and I should be able to move each axis off a limit switch? Should the button be lid when active?
I will also check the aux link, do you have any idea where it is located?
I also saw that the parameters i got in my manual is for the OT-C and not the OT-B that i have. Do you think that could have something to do? I loaded them all in manually yesterday after i got it up and running.

You need to press & hold in the override switch then jog off the limit & release the switch.
