//v1.17 - 10th Sep 2012 - fixes to do with Next button not enabling after calculating in wizard - turned out to be faulty progressbar component
//v1.17 - 16th Oct 2012 - Fix to material editor- if you edited aluminium then picked aluminium in wizard then edited material again,
// it would have aluminium highlighted but actually be showing the material settings for steel.
//v1.17 - 16th Oct 2012 - Added Turn270 Pro tooling settings which make use of CSS and feed/rev and larger cut depths
