Customers can access the Customer Portal. In order to do this they need to create an account at the following link:
https://customercenter.solidworks.com/e ... ECmd=Start

Customers who have a current contract of subscription will have access, among other features, to the Knowledge Base. Here they can find information and solutions to common issues. On our website, under Training and Support, Learning Resources and Administration Guides, users can also download the installation guides.
However, if they cannot solve the problem themselves they can contact the Customer Center if it is a licensing, activation or Customer Portal issue.
