Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

The PDF only cover till page 20 of 175. Where can I download the rest? Please advice.

Sorry for the delay - the original document from Solidworks was also missing a lot of pages.
They have now supplied us with the full version which you can download from here:
