When opening a .dxf file in VR Milling V5, it is half the size of the original drawing that was done in Solidworks. Any ideas on how to get the file back to full size.
Thank You

The DXF import into VR Milling does not have any scaleing available.
If it is coming in half size then it will be Solidworks that is scaling the model.
I would check that the DXF is actually half size by loading it into another package such as Techsoft or corel draw and see what size it is there. I believe it will be half size in those as well which would prove tha problem is in the export from the CAD package.
If you used QuickCAM 2D Design you would be able to scale the DXF

I think you need to have a look at the Solidworks settings.
It sounds like it is using a 1:2 Drawing scale setting somewhere along the line, when you are creating the 2D drawing (presumably from a 3D model ?)
I know that SolidEdge tends to default to 1:2 scale when creating a 2D drawing view from a 3D part / assembly.
