Adding Tooling - 5/32" router cutter to VR2

I went thru VR Milling V2 and found how to add tooling to the Tooling Library.

Click on the Help tab

Click on VR CNC Milling

Click on the Index tab

Type in tooling

Double Click on adding a new tool – under the heading Tool Window Library





In VR Milling V2 – ( Units should be in Inch )

Open the Tooling Library and scroll to the bottom

Right click on the last little colored oval

Left click on Add Tool

Type in 5/32” Router and then <enter>

Click on the + to open the tool info

Click on any of the tool info to open the Tool Data window

Highlight and type in the tool data

Dia. 0.1562

Length 2.000

Offset 0.000

Flute 0.4375

Click OK

If the picture next to it is not a slot mill

Right click on the picture and select Slot Mill



Open the Tooling window

Right click on 1

Highlight Insert

Scroll down to and click on 5/32” Router
