The registration floppy disk must be installed. If you recently reinstalled the CD-ROM,
be sure to install the registration floppy disk by running A:SETUP in Windows.
If you have tried to reinstall the floppy disk, but the error is still occurring, please view technical article #1012

Initially Denford's used Dongle's as security for their software. Subsequently Dongle's got quite expensive and with the onset of Schools and Colleges being audited for illegal software, Denfords decided to use Flash Codes (These comprise of a *.exe and a *.ini file)
Initially, the software would look for a Dongle, if it did not find one it would put up the message "Dongle Not Found". Unfortunately, when the software was modified to look for a Flash Code, the sequence for checking was.
Look for a Dongle and then look for a Flash Code, but unfortunately the error message was not updated and if there was no Dongle or Flash Code present it put up the original message "Dongle Not Found", but this really should be "Dongle Or Flash Code Not Found". The answer is to put the floppy disc in the PC and double mouse click on the *.exe file and this will install the Flash code
