We have recently bought a DELL C521 PC, and keep getting Move Buffer Full error message after machining around a 1000 lines.
We have updated to the latest version of VR Milling 5, and the firmware has been updated by EasyUpgrader.

We have now had a couple of these Dell PC's not communicating reliably through any of the USB ports.
We fitted a low profile Hi Speed PCI USB card to the computer, and used those ports to connect to the machine - this has solved all issues.
We are investigating with DELL as to why their USB ports are not reliable
- my guess is that there may be some power saving features on the motherboard, interfering with the continuous USB data transmission to our machines.
In the meantime, either fit a PCI USB card, or try a different computer.
