Easimill spindle motor

Hi all, new here so a little bit of and intro first.
Been an engineer since I was 17 (now 39, no really
, not working as an engineer anymore though, self employed as a sign maker.
I've just bought an old Easimill and need to change the motor to a single phase one, or run a 415v O/P inverter (expensive)
The motor is not a dual voltage one so the cheaper inverters are no good as they only output 220v 3 phase, also the shaft is quite long so an adapter will be needed or a special order motor sourced.
So how have other users got round this problem, what motors did you use?
Thanks
Steve
