We are trying to re install the above software, which we succesfully used about 3 years ago. The software has installed correctly, however when we run it, it says security key is missing.

We have the 25 pin dongle (security key), can some one help me with this.

Attached are some pictures of the software and packages.

As far is I know there is no other way to license this software apart from the hardware dongle (some of our software can be licensed from a flashcode file)
See these posts for a bit of information:
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=851&hilit=dongle+not+found
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16&hilit=sl2inst

My guess is the (new?) PC isn't seeing the dongle in the parallel port, or the dongle drivers aren't installed properly.
Try to locate the DRIGHTS.exe file first and see what it reports back.
If you can't find DRIGHTS or SL2INST on the CNC tutor CD, then download VR Turning (because its smaller than VR Milling) from our website and they will be on that CD image somewhere.

If a dongle is not recognised. In BIOS try changing the PARALLEL port to ECP
