Customer has an Amatrol lab – Novamill with robot. It was delivered in July 1999. Customer upgraded from DOS to VR (now v. 2.31) a few years back, but is having problems with input/output auxiliaries. 1. He states that the E-Stop button must be pushed to reset the auxiliary in/outputs. It is inconvenient to push the e-stop between parts.
2. Another issue, customer states that if the tooling button is pressed (opened) first (before) then connect to the machine it will load correct offsets, but if the tooling button is pressed AFTER CONNECTING to the machine, the offsets change to the machine defaults and not the ones he created.
Any ideas?
Also wants to know if this is corrected in VR CNC Milling v. 5**
Novamill 1999 - VR CNC Milling v. 2.31
