Vr Milling slow feed rate and random cuts.
I am having problems with our Denford Microrouter compact using VR milling V5.28.0.467. Its feed rate slows done to 15% at times then does random cuts ruining the job. I also have a Microrouter running VR milling V5.28.0.467 which runns at the correct feed rate but does the occcassioal random cut half way throug some jobs. Any suggestions to fix our problems

The random cut problem sounds like an old issue we had with a certain version of Firmware:
Can you post pictures or read the label of the EPROM fitted close to the right of the 7-segment LED display inside the electrical boxes ?
See this post for machine/control identification

Ahh right - this is a different issue that we've had in the past - this is a firmware update you need via EasyUpgrade (not a new EPROM like I suspected):
Install EasyUpgrader from the V5 Milling CD and run that with the machine on and connected (with VR Milling shut down)
It will try to upgrade the firmware automatically once it finds the machine and connects ...
