Customer Issue:
An upgrade (DOS to VR) to 2 Novamills was completed (several months ago) and now that the customer is trying to use the machines none of the axis will home. The computer is connecting to the machine and the Denstep card is indicating an 8 on the seven segment LED. When the customer clicks on the home buttons nothing will happen. All fuses have been checked and the correct machine is selected in machine parameters. Need troubling shooting sets if possible.

If the axes do not move, but the control is powered up and connected to the PC, then it could be:
Emergency stop contact is not allowing power to the drives
One of the fuses has blown (F1 in particular)
The input voltage from the main transformer is too high/low
Check that you have 24VDC and 28VAC on the connectors as shown here:

If this all looks OK, then there must be a drive / drive PSU problem.
