Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Is it VR Milling v2.xx or v5.xx ?

These posts may help anyway:

In VRMilling2 they are probably stored in the files windmill.mol and windmill.mtd - you can open them in notepad to see if the numbers match the software.

There is a far simpler solution.

In the software that has the offsets with the offset window open and active go to the Offset/Tooling menu at the top of the screen.

Select advanced.

Go to the menu again and you can save the alloffsets.MOF file to any location (say a memory stick).

Then open the new PC, open the offset window and then the Offset/Tooling menu again. Now again select advanced the select Load all and browse for the offset file on the memory stick and all should then work!

:D
