v5.48 - cutter comp errors - changed GetConcaveToConcave and GetConvextToConvext in CutterComp to handle arcs with the same centre point and radius (ie when programming circle segments/quadrants)
v5.48 - changes to Gerberread to cope with apertures defined as 0.0 diameter and to read polygon apertures
v5.48 - delays added to bigmint before brake is released (VMC drives not always fully powered up before the brake released)
v5.48 - delay to enable homing buttons when control panel 1st appears
v5.48 - fix an issue of skipping 2nd or 3rd blocks where no feedrate was programmed.
