PNC4 8031 problem

Hello
My PNC controller has stopped zeroing the axes, i.e. when it asks for the zero key press to datum the table,
it just does nothing and again asks for pressing the zero key.
I ran the test procedure to debug the problem and it always stops at the test stage number 5, saying that one of the I/O s does not
match. So I tried to replace the 8031 Micro but apparently the inside ROM has to be programmed.
Now I have another problem too, the screed faded out and nothing is visible.
Any help would be highly appreciated to solve these two problems.
