It is STARTURN software for machines built prior to them having the cylindrical perspex guard. Realy old DOS stuff.
It seems to run OK, but obviously not been checked linking to a machine - it just hangs my computer when I select MANUAL MODE but that's what it used to do if it didn't find a machine!!!
