Retrofitting Spindle Digital RPM meter to a Viceroy lathe

Hello
I found a Chinese supplier of cheap digital tachometers specifically designed for machine tool applications.
The trigger 1 pulse per revolution and measure the period between pulses. This means good update times even at low rpm.
They are available in red and blue. I fitted a blue one to the Viceroy to match the colour scheme.
I was able to modify an existing bushing on the spindle to fit a trigger magnet. The bushing retains the rotating components on the spindle and is not loaded.
I was able to mount the sensor on a bracket within the headstock.
