Here's what I'm making...

Here's some of the exciting bits :D I've made for a CNC router/plasma table. Progres is slow due to other commitments.
I'll tell you what they are.

Top left is one side of an axis temporarily mounted on a lump of steel and below its component parts. It's only 60mm square so fairly compact - to keep weight down. Made on a Fanuc Triac, the rusty bolts (the only hex I had the right size) made on an Easiturn (retrofitted with Geckos and Mach3).

On the right are some 50mm square Ali plumbers blocks/ bearing blocks - whatever you prefer to call them. Entirely made on the Triac

No I didn't make the bearings :lol:

And of course a great shed load of swarf :lol: The other half thinks that's all I make

As most of our machines are in schools / colleges and only used rarely, its great to see them being used to make proper parts.

Log in and then click the Profile menu at the top.

At the bottom of your profile is the Avatar browsing and uploading.
- the max size of an uploaded image is 100 x 100 pixels

Sorry the choice is poor at the moment - any suggestions to improve the gallery greatfully accepted
