Hi, I'm looking for an engraving bed for my laser to check whether it is misaligned or not!
Even if there are none for sale anywhere, if someone had one I could borrow briefly that would be fantastic.
Cheers
Pete

Hi Pete,
Instead of using the engraving table use a 4mm allen key & sit the focus tool on this.

So do I sit the allen key on one of the two raised sections of the base, ie not where the plug connector is for the tables? Might have to try and take a photo to make it a little clearer!

Yes ,
Sorry, I should have explained Peter.
Remove the honeycomb bed & lay the allen key on the raised section then place the focus tool on top of the allen key & reset the height.
Do you know how to reset it?
(from memory you need to be in the setup tab, then press Crtrl & F3, then yes to save new value).

Hi Martin,
Yeah I think I had read that somewhere here on the forum. Can I also reset the X and Y in the same way. The red dot hovers around 3mm from the corner of the honeycomb bed.
If so, is this a different CTRL + F (key), than CTRL + F3 for the Z axis?
