Orac for sale + spares

Post by jazzman » Sat 25 Nov , 2006 17:01 pm

I have an Orac lathe, 1985, in nice condition, which I have prepared to convert to Mach 3. I have carefully removed the "insides", but as I am now using a Harrison 250cnc, (also on mach 3, fantastic), I would be willing to sell the Orac as a kit.
1 Orac Lathe
2 cd20 drive cage shortened, and computer boards removed
3 Drive power supply (needs fuses)
4 24v stabilized supply for logic and E-STOP
5 Parajust Spindle unit
6 CNC4PC Isolated I/O board +charge pump safety board +5v&12v
regulated supply

You will need a PC for Mach3, a chuck, a toolpost, and the ability to wire this lot up !

This leaves the monitor chassis, cassette mech. and computer boards for sale!

I also have an Easiturn PNC3 Case, including monitor, keyboard, cassette, and computer pcb's(but excluding drives and power supply) should anyone need it.

Hi Dave,

If you can collect from West Sussex, then I'd ask£39. Don't really want to post it, too fragile. BTW, I've tried to Email you from the forum links, but I don't seem to have the hang of it !
Best Wishes Mike.

If yes I am interested in buying them. Are they available? Can you kindly indicate the price please?
