QuickCAM 2D CNC program output is broken up (dotted lines)

The cnc program being output by QuickCAM 2D is broken up - see example screenshot:
This is the same problem as the arcs being generated in the wrong plane on certain processors:

is fixed by using QuickCAM 2D v1.4 or by turning off the menu option: Generate -> Convert Output To Arcs
