“OPEN MODEL/BMP” error

Installing Quick Cam 3D V3 and the status indicated that the SecKey is OK, but when I start Quick Cam it comes to the window “OPEN MODEL/BMP” and when I select a 3D model it gives the following error “ External exception C000001D”

External Exception:
It looks like the message relates to the capability of your computer to display the graphics.
If you reduce the hardware graphics acceleration then try and run the software again this should sort it.
To turn down the graphics hardware acceleration:
Right click on the desktop
Properties
Settings
Advanced
Troubleshoot
Pull the Hardware acceleration slider to the left "NONE"
If this fixes the problem, then you should look at getting updated graphics card or drivers.
