Changes:
* Added EPS and PS imports (basic, but good for logos from www.brandsoftheworld.com)
* Added option to turn off auto-joining when going into the wizard (NB this option is useful when your design consists of indivdiual lines which you may want to cut with different plans or depths. However, if you join lines together in the drawing area first using the join command, then they will remain joined in the wizard. So, a mixture of multi-line shapes and single line paths is possible)
* Fixed a circle expand bug in Postprocessor output - if the XY arc start and end points had different Z values
