the em stop is ok i can get axis movement but no spindle drive.

hi i own an orac seriel number AC15015Z FEB 85. my problem is that all works fine except the spindle drive in manual and auto modes. all fuses are ok. i suspect there is ) no power gettingto the inverter, 1 of the circuit boards has an unlit LED, far right, seriel number of circuit board is 58011512...
