got the mill going quick question

well i got the mill going it was one wire that was hooked to the c02 the wire was brock and now it WAS working good until i started putting it back together and i broke the prox switch on z :twisted: so what i need to know is it a normally open or a closed switch i know it is a two wire but any info...

update

ok last night i took to y axis +&- and put them on the z axis +&- z moved fine and y had the exceeds limits so i tested the limit switches and they are fine now i think maybe the wiring? do you know of anything else it could be

oh i forgot it shows both limit switches z+ and z- are pressed but neither of them are

yes i have that controller i need the dip switch setting for the drive cards and the mother board i have checked all the contacts and the limit switches nothing is working

i have done a search and came up empty i have a 1988 triac i bought it and the main board was shot so i found a guy with one bought it now the machine will power up and the drive come on but when i go to datum the machine it says that z exceeds its limits ,so i started swapping driver boards to see ...

well after posting and finding out that the motherboard is bad in the triac i was wanting to know if there is a "all in one kit" i can buy to convert the machine over to use mach3 i have no idea what to buy or what i need but i would like to buy it all at once could someone point out some links or s...

well i found a guy that will sell me a new mother board for 100.00 us money do you think this will fix the problem? i would not mind converting the system over to use the mach 3 but i have no idea what to buy or how to do it i did try and replace the resisters that were burnt out but it did not help...

here is an update

i will get pics and the ser. number later today but i put some power to it and the machine spindle goes real slow in rev without me doing anything i have to leave the emerg.stop button out in the run position then turn om the power the monitors do nothing the small one has a black wire and a spring ...

Denford Triac

need some help i bought one of these off ebay and the main board has three blown res. two one the proc. one one the filter i would like to buy a new board from someone one here or just get the values so i can try and repair it let me know
