No i dont see any damages on the transistors, I would like to order one soon. Have to find out the dealer first. Thank you everybody.. I really appreciate your help..

Ok let say I buy a new card which is the bottom board, Is it comes with the big chips mounted onto the black heatsink? anyone knows where to find the new card?

Try another fuse, but first remove the 3 orange connectors to the motors (marked X Y and Z with 4 wires in each) I removed the 3 orange connectors and it still blew. It sounds like the problem is not with the spindle. Unless the fuse blows as you try to start the spindle this is not the problem. I think you are saying the fuse blows just by powering on the machine. Martin has suggested that if the fuse on the Control card is the one that is blowing the problem ...

I checked the brushes and it looks fine and still 15mm. and I not sure about E-stop and the heatsink..

Is it Fuse F1 on the Denstep control card? (above the orange connector plug & mounted on the PCB) yes martin, you are right. It is fuse above the orange connector. If it is then inspect the transistors monted on the heatsink for damage. You sometimes see a hole or crack in one if has blown. Fuse F1...

Are you saying that the motor was unplugged from the Microrouter electrically and the fuse still blew ? Yes unplugged. Check that the fuse on the Spindle Drive Board is still OK Which one is that? I haven't checked carbon brushes yet, but during the tested i unplug the porter cable. It is silver in colour.

i think it is fuse no. 1, it is located on the top most of the black box. First thing what i did is i unplug the big main power that connected to the microrouter with the fuse 6.0A. Then turned on the power, the fuse looked ok at first, then i turned it off and was connecting the power to cnc machin...

I just got the same fuse and I fix it to the original location. But as soon as I turn the power on, suddenly it blown again. What is actually the problem with this microrouter? anyone please..

Oh no both links are unable to post to my country. So where else I can get this fuse? Unable to run this machine for awhile then. Hard for my students to finish their projects then.
