It's not that the machine is not holding offsets, it's when you go to set the offsets. Triac not holding offsets
Older Triac (July 1998) at Cal U, Pa. Machine was upgraded with Denstep card a few years ago and running VR Milling V.2.30. Feed rates are at Max 300 for X Y Z. Triac does not hold offsets in X Y Z. The error pops up with the simulation screen. Was able to press "OK" to make the CNC file. When the file was run in VR Milling the spindle turns on & spindle head moved to the center of the table when " error exceeds limits" popped up. QuickCam V3.4 Error - Invalid floating point operation
In QuickCam V3.4, receiving the error "Invalid floating point operation" just before the simulation part of the program. The stl file was created in Autodesk CAM ( not Inventor ). The design is at the minimum specs of the F1 rules.

Mirac 8 station tool changer
On the Mirac 8 station tool changer. If you have all 8 tool offsets and everything is working OK and tool #1 is destoyed, Do you have to reset the off sets on all the tools after resetting the offset of tool #1?
