Suddenly my VL300 is not cutting anything. When a job is sent the head travels around the profile and the red laser light is on but it is not cutting.

Any ideas?

Used Corel Draw many times via stand alone laptop - OK. Sunddenly it wont recognise RED lines. Tried reinstalling Corel and Versa software many times!!!!!

Replacing the mirror is straight forward. However, if there is no magnetic attraction it is not being held securely. Why should the mirror be demagetised? Can we have a new one please?

Yes its mirror 2. there appears to be no magnetic attraction what so ever, so cutter remains out of action!

Are there 4 magnets in the corner of the back of the mirror? If so they have lost their magnetism. In which case, given the very small ammount of use this laser has had, can we have a replacement please?

My school laptop has been working the laser fine, until I had it networked! Now when i create a cad dwg and press print it sometimes brings up the materials dialogue box, but never shows the image in the versa laser print preview page. I can switch the laser on and off, I can raise and lower the tab...

If I go to print set up in 2D Design or corel etc and ask the software to match the current printer the layout changes to a 300mm square rather than a 300 x 600 area to match the bed of the machine - why???

During cutting the machine stops and advises replacemnt of the HEPA filter. Which filter is this and how much does it cost. According to the software the filter has 71% life left.
