Relief carving Z-zero point
Hi, still finding my way.. If I carve a relief in a block of wood with 2 passes, how do I find z-Zero for the second tool if it is around 20mm shorter than the first tool. A first roughing pass uses a 1/4 ball mill which is 65mm long. The second finishing cut uses a shorter 40mm 1/8 ball mill. I hav...

Hi,
sorry for the wrong topic area.
I have the original manual and I saw the bolts. If I lowered it to the bottom bolt it only leaves it on 2 bolts and the trigger switch bar doesnt reach the trigger switch. I will just work on adding a thicker waste block to the table for now.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have the Microrouter now and been setting it up and have created my first sign, which I was happy with ---- mostly. It used a long 1/4" ball nose cutter. I also got some 1/8" end mill and a 1/4" V-bit cutter. These are only about 40mm long. I want to cut into 6mm MDF so w...
