Hi
I'm considering selling my Denford Triac.
I have recently moved and sadly do not have the room, it is located south Midlands.
If anyone is interested let me know.

accuracy
Hi,
How accurate is my Denford Triac ?
I would like to fit a high speed spindle so I can do engraving.
I have been asked what accuracy can I hold on my machiner but I am unsure what to reply.

Pencil milling quickcam pro
In quickcam pro some of the options are greyed out in the toolpaths, is it possible to change these ?

vrmilling and denford triac
Hi,
When I run my Denford Triac from vrmilling it does not apply the tooling data diameter to the programme, I have entered in tool position 1 the diameter 10 mm but when I change that 10mm to change hole size nothing happens.

Tool diameter and offsets
I have opened up a hole to diameter 20mm but I want it to measure 20.05 mm, I know I could redraw this or alter the code to make hole slightly larger.
I have tried changing tool diameter in tool offsets but this does not do anything, I must be doing something wrong, please help.

Re: Fusion 360
I have done some good milling using this fusion 360 software on my denford triac, The post processor has only one quirk where it sends the vrmilling virtual machine table off the screen, but delete 1 line and its all good. This is so far the easiest software outside of vr milling and quick cam pro t...

Triac Spindle stopped working
Hi,
My Triac spindle stopped working after diving the drill into workpiece.
I have checked fuse and it is ok.
There is a number 8 on displayi power supply box.
Relay clicks when I start the spindle motor but spindle does nothing.
It has been conveted to Usb.
Any help would be great.

Denford Triac Spindle Motor
Hi, I have a Denford Triac, I would like to use it with a 0.8 mm slot drill/end mill to cut a 0.5 mm deep feature in Silver. My choices as I see it are, 1. Attach a fast spindle motor on the side like a die grinder 2. Change the pulley ratio on the existing spindle to increase rpm closer to desired ...
