Router NS Stepper motor
Many thanks for your help, Steve, have swopped motor board connectors and the stepper motor runs sweetly, I presume it is the board. By the way it follows the configuration of the board in your picture but has a red 7 seg display!? Can you tell me how to get the board repaired. Many thanks, Martin F...

Steve, It is a RouterNS and has a Denstep board, I can see no evidence of brakes anywhere, Martin. Have disconnected the coupling and tried running the stepper motor, which hums without turning. How do I identify which stepper motor drivers to swap axes there don't seem to be three identical plugs. ...

Z axis failing on Router NS

On homing the Z axis the stepper motor trys to step but just judders until the emergency stop is pushed. RouterNS Spindle motor
Many thanks for your quick reply, after re-cleaning the motor brushes the motor is now working! New brushes are in order I think! Do you stock? The spindle is a 'Porter-Cable' Many thanks again.

Spindle motor fails to start even though router runs machining sequence, have checked e-switch and SGR relay (relay is solid state?) Has anyone any ideas, many thanks in advance.
