Re: Zeroturn 400 perameters rom parity 998
Hi Again, have just noticed that if i m39 command the door ram operates and i can press the control panel switch to open, but control panel switch will not actuate door closing. This also seems to be the case with the chuck apart from chuck does not fully close. so M11 operates chuck and foot pedal ...

Hi martin, 453 was set 0 have just tried 1 no difference. Is there anyone that would have a copy ? is there any parameter that would give a longer/continuous air blast to the chuck?

Re: Zeroturn 400 perameters rom parity 998
Ok update on problem . Got new eproms and copied data off original 0E1 and 0E2 chips then loaded onto new chips. That worked and loaded all perameters and diagnostics that I assume are the default ones so just had to edit a few to match ones i have for machine. Only problem I have now is air chuck n...

Re: Zeroturn 400 perameters rom parity 998
Hi Martin thanks for the info. Still struggling to get the RH80 tool post to work.
could it be the 0E1 and 0E2 eproms that are the problem being from a 0Tc rather than 0Tb with the version being different
would it be possible to get some replacement eproms or the software to put onto new eproms

Hi Martin thanks for the reply.

My manual has 535 P35 536 P25 705 P-189000 708 P 160000
thanks

Zeroturn Fanuc OT home button not working
Hi guys my Home button has stopped working today after using the machine to make a couple of parts. Some of the other keys had been poor responding but worked fine eventually but now the home button refuses to respond. I have rebooted twice but still no joy. Any Ideas??

Re: Baruffuldi tool change
Ok turret now working fully. Turns out there are 2 contactors that operate the tool change cycle c/s 2 and c/s 3
c/s2 was pulling in but c/s3 was not , after manually engaging the c/s3 it now works repeatedly.

Re: WANTED - Cross slide feedscrew and nut Viceroy 280S
Hi Pete, thanks I do recall seeing something on ebay.
Some 25 years ago I actually converted a colchester student cross slide nut and shaft to fit my viceroy and about 6 years
I had to turn up a new spindle as it had worn.
Phil

Re: Baruffuldi tool change
Hi what I can hear is the contactor clicking in and then a short while after it drops out. I have also watched this. Strangely went to machine today after not trying for a week or so and before I turned power on I slid the little amp rating sliders on that one and the one to the left of it. Switched...

Re: FANUC OT-B MDI mode - how to?
Hi procedure for tool change in manual mode.
MDI- program- m06 enter-T2(or which ever number you want to go to)enter- cycle. If you have a door normally requires
this to be closed, will come up with error message and will require re typing commands.
hope this helps
