Hello I have identified that it is the smaller board that is faulty - the one which is mainly populated with 4000 series chips. There are no visible faults. Hello

Thanks I'll do this swap and let you know the result. Of the four LED's that are mounted vertically the top one is green (not on) - it is the second LED from the top that is on when the machine is powered up. Yes I do have a compressor!

ORAC CD 20 driver boards

Hello Everything on my 1983 ORAC lathe, rescued from a skip, works except the X axis CD 20 driver board which has the first red LED down from the top on. I've swapped the X and Z boards and this gets the X axis working but the fault is then on the Z axis. I've checked for dry joints etc. but not man...

ORAC CNC lathe

Has anyone got a spare Digiplan CD20 driver board for my 1983 ORAC lathe? I would like to keep it in its original condition.
