Re: Fanuc controller specification required
Many thanks for the info but what I need is information to my specific machine. There is a servo fault requiring a replacement board. The service manual I have lists all of the Fanuc equipment and part numbers but its for the incorrect controller. The only way I can get over the problem is for the s...

Fanuc controller specification required
Do you have any information or a copy of the manual for Cyclone no H01164/1 built 2001 with GE Fanuc 21i-T control. The manual supplied with my machine is not for this model. I have a servo error and need details of the Fanuc equipment installed on the machine.

If you mean the X+, X-,Z+ and Z- buttons then nothing happens. All I get is the EMG flashing on the screen.

Re: reference procedure to zero axis
I have replaced the batteries but where do I position the drives to zero them? Do I have to manually drive them untill they hit the switches then change the parameters?

reference procedure to zero axis
Denford Cyclone with Fanuc 2li control. It has a switch on the machine bed and I have asked Denford to confirm if this is a reference switch or an over travel switch. The battery alarm came on and despite changing the battery it triggered a 300 alarm and now requires the x and z axis to be reference...

air chuck conversion
I would like to fit an air chuck to my Cyclone, either a collet type or a 3 jaw. Has anyone else done this conversion and if so where did you buy the chuck from? Were the original air chucks supplied with the machines made by Denford or an external supplier and if so are they still available?

Re: Cyclone tool setting
Also forgot to say that when machining the X axis diameter of the components creeps up and I have to keep resetting the offst to compensate. I have checked to make sure there is nothing mechanically loose and all seems ok.

Cyclone tool setting
I have just purchased a Denford cyclone with Fanuc 2li-t control. The machine powers up and homes ok. I am trying to set the tool as per the instructions in the Denford manual. With the tool no 1 touching the face of the work piece it says to select the Work Shift Screen and press the Ofset/Mesur bu...
