Hi All,
Could someone point me in the direction of a diagram for the plumbing of the pneumatics on the above mill please? I'm trying to put my mill back together, and have no idea what pipe should go where.
Many thanks
Mike

Triac Fanuc ATC Servos + Cabinet
I have a Fanuc ATC controller, cabinet and servo motors for sale. These have been carefully taken off a working machine from a college. I would like to sell as a complete unit but if no interest may consider breaking. I have removed the pneumatics and spindle control board, everything else is includ...

Re: Spindle motor control
Thanks for the replys, two things I have got wrong so far today! The pot is a log type even though I specifically asked for a linear (Maplins  ) although I suppose my fault for not checking. I didnt realise I had to change the dip switches either that would explain the high speed. I'm going to...

Spindle motor control
Hi Guys, I'm slowly converting my Triac Fanuc to run with Mach3. I want to drive the spindle indpendantly from the controller for now, I just want forwards and stop. I'm a little unsure what I need to connect to achieve this. The drive board is a 1600i Sprint. Looking at the basic setup I can contro...

Re: Triac fanuc advice/project help
Hi Guys, Thanks for all the replys so far. My main goal is to get the machine running as is if possible. I only have 240v single phase at the moment. Looking through the data sheets the only thing I can see that needs 3 phase is the suds pump, which I could easily replace. So with that is it a simpl...

Triac fanuc advice/project help
Afternoon all. I've just joined and wanted to say hello, seen some really good advice and help on here and am hoping someone can steer me in the right direction with a Triac project. I have just taken stock of a 1997 Denford Triac Fanuc ATC. I purchased it from a college in what I would call mint co...
