TDS1/1 Countershaft drive components

Hi all,

After having problems with oil contamination belt slip on my Viceroy, I have noticed that the countershaft mounts are different to standard, the 'forks' have been machined off and the shaft is just bolted directly to them. This means that there is no way to slacken off the drive belt to ...

I fear that mine was a little different, naturally!

The saddle lifted off fine but I had to remove the bracket that holds the ends of the leadscrew and feed-shaft and then slide the apron off. Judging by the amount of rubbish in here this hasn't been done recently! Now to strip it down in my ...

TDS 1/1 Apron servicing

I am taking my TDS 1/1 apart to try and get the swarf out of everywhere and I am stuck trying to get the apron off.
Anyone got any ideas on how to do this?

Change Gear Chart

I have just got myself a Viceroy TDS 1/1 (c.1964) with an imperial lead screw and no gearbox. Does anyone have a copy of the change gear table for one of these?
I am fairly sure I don't have a full complement of gears but I don't know which ones I need!
Some help would be appreciated
