Have tried taking the cards out and reinserting them with no effect. The toolpost seemed to shudder and then moved rapidly and hit the workpiece. I considered trying to take the tool out as this was embedded in the alloy workpiece, but when I slackened the screws off the toolpost was trying to move ...

Cyclone TU150-U problems
Got the machine up and running thanks to Martin but now seem to have another problem. Started the machine this morning, HOME set ok, and loaded offsets previously set. After a couple of minutes the toolpost then moved of its own accord, no command had been input, and tool ran into stationary workpie...

The machine has the large red switch on the top and this locks the door in position when the machine and air is switched on. Have had the top off it and the relay clicks in, but still unable to get the machine to HOME

Thanks for the manual, much appreciated.
However, have tried a number of times to HOME the machine to no avail, nothing happens at all, no error messages.
As I said earlier, I can load, edit and simulate a program, but cant get the machine datumed to get any further.

Ah well now, not as daft as you may think - praps its just me that's an idiot but this is all new to me!!!!!!
