I installed the mint workbench V5 and went through the process it came uop with 'No controller found communication fault on Com 1

I changed the cable and still no Baldor, the same machine worked well before.

Did as you asked, the red leds aren't lighting up in the motherboard. The seven segment display is green and 8 with 2 dots at bottom although not bright.
Still no Baldor, access violation code and no 'downloading flash'.
Will try another cable.

I reinstalled the VR milling, checked in the window and the correct vertical router is present. I still cant see the baldor usb in universal serial ports no matter how many times I try to locate it. I have tried to install drivers but to no avail,it says 'driver is working' . When I start up the mac...

I tried reinstalling, but still getting access violation code. Why would the relay not click after I turn the vert. router on?
Do you think it has to do with emergency stop and doors not opening?

Will give it a break and try tomorrow.

The computer comes up with access violation code 005B3B4f. I usually hear the relay click when router turned on, I cant hear this now, and the doors wont open.

I noticed the relay doesn't kick in also when machine is powered up, although the fan is working a treat!
I cant find the Baldor in the device manager!
I have changed all the fuses also.

Our vera laser wont cut, a red box comes up on screen saying Air Pressure Low.
What should I do to fix it.

Our Software is Lasercam 2, I have hooked the lasercutter up to another PC ant it works well on it, no problems. It must be the original PC I was using.

The 2D software is running well, but when I go to the UCP print page it says 'disconnected'.
The laser cutter is powering up ok and the start green led is on, usb is connected also, and extraction is working...it just wont print.
It worked well before could this be a software problem?

Hi again, Yesterday when I went to click on the VR milling icon it asked me to register it, I had with the floppy in the past. I went through the upgrade reg. process and put in the floppy. It found the sec. file but then kept saying not registered and terminating. Im using V5. Can you help. Thanks

I work in a University, in a 3D dept. The machine hasnt had a lot of use, as its still under warranty maybe I should get the guy who supplied it to have a look.

I am getting 240v, the relays are switching on. Im not sure about the carbon brushes, where do I find them.
