I have been tring to draw an internal arc to create a bowl shape. The arc tool only allows me to move the radius step of the proces towards the centre of the work not outwards. Am I ding something wrong or can't you do this.

I'm trying to create a drawing to turn an internal taper. I have spasmodically managed to change (what I assume is a toggle button) external to internal in the status bar. If it does change, then I either get an error or if I select the the line or arc tool nothing happens. Any advice welcome please...
