Here's some of the exciting bits I've made for a CNC router/plasma table. Progres is slow due to other commitments.
I'll tell you what they are.
Top left is one side of an axis temporarily mounted on a lump of steel and below its component parts. It's only 60mm square so fairly compact - to keep weight down. Made on a Fanuc Triac, the rusty bolts (the only hex I had the right size) made on an Easiturn (retrofitted with Geckos and Mach3).
On the right are some 50mm square Ali plumbers blocks/ bearing blocks - whatever you prefer to call them. Entirely made on the Triac
No I didn't make the bearings
And of course a great shed load of swarf The other half thinks that's all I make
