It was suggested to download v. 2.31, but customer declined.

Customer writes in....
In trying to execute the Program DENFORD I keep getting the following error.
I have reset offsets 3 or 4 times
I have re-loaded software
M/C Limit Error
Machine Error: Move Exceeds Limits

Details:
(Machine Units)
>From X0.0000 Y0.0000 Z0.0000
To X-7.4675 Y-0.5079 Z0.0000

(Program Units)
>From X7.8425
To X-7.4675 Y-0.5079 Z0.0000

(Program Units)
>From X7.8425 Y0.9921 Z0.1626
To X0.3750 Y1.5000 Z??????

Please Provide info as what I might do to correct

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

The customer really needs to update the software - this problem is a more than likely a bug which will have been fixed by version 2.31
