machining a large model

Post by pdickinson » Thu 31 Jan , 2019 9:58 am

Morning All,

I am currently using the 2600 PRO to manufacture some sixth form projects, but I am having a problem with the amount of waste material produced during the process. Is there a way of stopping the machine mid cycle so that I can remove the waste and then resume it? I am sure our old technician had a way of doing this, but the knowledge went with him...

Thanks

You can stop the program at any point & then use specify a start block using the icon on the bottom left.

The icon has a picture of a magnifying glass in it & the line you stopped at should be present.
