Access Violation Error when running tutorials

Access Violation Error when running tutorials

I get and "Access Violation Error" when running tutorials

Most turtorial files are created in HTML and then complied into one file with the extension .chm. If you get and Access Violation Error when running tutorials check that the web browsing facility is not turned off. To check that the files are not corrupt try running them of the CD or C drive
