Thank you so much for the help and the info on my novaturn / mill.

As I would like to contribute to helping others, I was wondering if the manuals etc that I obtained with the units would be of help to anyone else, i.e. I could make pdf files of them, but not sure how to post them on the forum. I have the required software to make pdf books, so here is what I have :-

Operation Guide for Novaturn Series of CNC Lathes and covers :-
Installation, Specific Features, Routine Maintenance

Generic Turning Manual.

Lathe Cam Designer Users Manual

Operating Guide for Novamill Series of CNC Milling Machines which covers :-
Installation, Specific Features, Routine Maintenance

FANUC OM (Offline Milling) Programming Manual - DOS Version

Milling Projects - Itroductory - Keystage 3

Milling Projects - Intermediate - Keystage 4

Milling Courseware - Introductory

Milling Courseware - Intermediate - Ketstage 4 - GNVQ

FANUC OT (Offline Turning) Programming Manual - DOS Version

EasyChange Operating Instructions (single page)

2 - sided brochure for Novamill (colour)

2 - sided brochure for Novaturn (colour)

Blueprint drawing of external size of Novamill including perspex shield ( I would have to scan this in 3 or 4 pieces as it is bigger than my scanner)

"Sprint Electric" product manual for model 400, 800, 1200 (This is a 1 page, 2 sided sheet). (Perhaps this is the control board on the Novamill/turn ?). Says it is a thyrister drive module and shows schematics etc.

If these would be of interest / use, then perhaps someone could tell how to upload them and I would be happy to take the time to scan them.

Thanks.

Hi,

It may be worth starting a new post on this in the Downloads section.

Uploading is easy :D

Create the file as a PDF

Then while writing your post scroll down the screen a bit and you will see the upload attachment option.

In the filename section click browse and find the file then select Open and the file and path are now loaded.

Then click on Submit and the file will be uploaded with your post.

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

If you struggle to upload them because of the file size (Can't remember exactly, but there is about a 5Mb limit on attachments), then email them to technical AT denford DOT co uk
I should also be able to optimise the .pdf's to make them smaller as well
