Customer writes .....

I am getting a "Class Factory error" when connecting to Router 2600 Pro.

Admin replies.....


After lots of tests, and trying different PC's / usb cables / user logins it sounds like
when they disconnect from the machine in V5, the Baldor is crashing as he gets a device driver call failed after a few seconds. After this, they cannot connect to machine again without powering off the machine first.
He is currently opening the side of machine, to monitor 7-seg display while connecting/disconnecting

I suspect Baldor top board is faulty - he is willing to replace it himself if we got one out ASAP

A replacement Nextmove top card (Orange 7 Segment display) was sent to the customer and this solved the problem
